Return & Refund Policy

At Zavani, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional items (where applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty products.
  • Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, you may return the product within 30 days, provided it meets our return conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
