Shipping Areas

We currently ship throughout South Africa.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Times

  • Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs

From time to time, Zavani may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable conditions will be displayed on our website.

Zavani cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

While we will do our best to assist, delivery times are subject to the courier's operations.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged during transit, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
